Crytek has released a new tech trailer for CryEngine 3. According to the company, this tech trailer is from real-time in-game footages of Crysis 3. As you may have guessed, Crysis 3 looks great and this tech trailer features some new, never before seen scenes. The trailer also features some features that were included in the leaked E3 documents, as well as Puppy’s toad (that was featured in one of our Weekly CryEngine 3 Galleries). Crysis 3 is currently planned for a 2013 release on PC, X360 and PS3. We should also note that the PC version will feature DX11 support from the get-go and Nvidia has already included a DX11 profile for it in its latest beta drivers. Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
