Let’s get one thing straight; pretty much all of Amazon’s leaks have been confirmed in the past few months. Yes yes, there is still no Halo 3 or Halo: The Master Chief Collection, but we already got GTA V, Mortal Kombat, and a number of other titles that were originally leaked via Amazon. And since Square Enix has been releasing a lot of FF games on the PC lately, we are almost certain that the HD version of Final Fantasy: Type-0 will eventually come to our platform.
But let’s take things from the beginning. According to Amazon France Italy, Final Fantasy: Type-0 HD will come to the PC on March 20th, 2015. Not only that, but the PC listing has an ASIN unique code. While the PS4 version has ASIN: B00KX5RR1M, the PC version has ASIN: B00KX5RQKO.
In short, this leak may be legit. Naturally, take this with a grain of salt until Square Enix officially announces the PC version. However, we wouldn’t be surprised to see this HD version of Final Fantasy: Type-0 coming to the PC.
The big question now is: if Final Fantasy: Type-0 HD releases on the PC, will it feature a demo for Final Fantasy XV PC?
[UPDATE]
GameInformer reported that Square Enix confirmed to them that the game will be only coming to PS4 and Xbox One, and that the aforementioned listing is an error.
