Earlier today, the official Steam page for Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes got updated with some minimum PC requirements that surprised quite a few PC gamers. However, Konami and Valve reacted fast and took them down almost immediately. And as Robert Peeler – Online Community Manager for Kojima Productions – said, the official PC requirements will be coming soon.
Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes is releasing on December 18th, and according to Robert Peeler, the framerate will be locked at 60fps. Now we know that this lock will disappoint some of you, however it’s at least a 60fps and not a 30fps lock.
Moreover, Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes will support both gamepads and mouse+keyboard control schemes. And as you’d expect, keyboard and Mouse users will beĀ able to map controls to the keys or mouse buttons they choose.
For those interested, we’ve added below those minimum requirements. Do note that they are not the official, and that they may contain spelling errors.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
