Electronic Arts and Ghost Games have released a new update for Need For Speed: Rivals that is supposedly addressing its performance and frame rate issues. However, a lot of players are still experiencing really low frame rates in specific areas. Oh, and as the title suggests, Ghost Games has not removed the idiotic 30fps cap from it. This update will be auto-downloaded and you can view its complete changelog below.

-Additional stability improvements
-Improvements to performance and frame rate
-Improvements around host migration user experience
-Issues around host migration include:
*Improvements to instances where SP is lost after a host migration for a number of speed lists
*Issues with speed list objectives could not be completed after a host migration have been improved.
*Improvements have been made to game stability around host migration.
