Konami has confirmed that a PC demo for Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 will be released on mid-September. This demo will be identical to the one released for consoles on August 30th, and will most probably hit Steam right after the game’s launch on September 12th.
The demo version of Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 will include twelve teams (eight club and four national teams), two stadiums, as well as two game modes.
Our guess is that Konami delayed the PC demo in order to avoid PC gamers datamining, hacking or cracking the game’s executable file.
The PC version of Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 promises to be the definitive version (at least according to Konami), and will be similar to the PS4/Xbox One version.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”
