Bethesda has announced that Fallout 4 will receive a free weekend on the PC. This free weekend will begin on February 1st and will last until February 4th. And as with most free weekends, if players choose to purchase anything they play during the Free Weekend, their save data will carry over.
As you may have guessed, this will be your opportunity to test Bethesda’s RPG, as well as all the mods that are available to it. We’ve covered a lot of Fallout 4 mods in the past few months, so we strongly suggest giving them a go during this free weekend.
A really interesting mod is the Fallout 4 Hardcore Rebalance mod. This mod overhauls the game’s combat mechanics, improves NPC combat AI and removes bullet sponges. Another similar mod is Fallout 4 Horizon 1.4 mod which overhauls the game’s gameplay mechanics, redesigns systems & enhances the overall experience. However, we are not certain whether these mods are ideal for those that have not played the game yet.
In order to improve the game’s visuals, PC gamers can try the following mods (or you can head over at Nexusmods and start downloading the ones you think are worth your time):

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
