WOLCEN Studio has released a brand new teaser trailer for its action hack n slash game that is powered by CRYENGINE, Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem. Previously known as UMBRA, Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem is a dynamic action hack n slash that will not feature any class restrictions.
This means that players will be able to choose their path as they level-up and play their character the way they want. Players will explore the game’s shattered and corrupted world to uncover its ancient secrets and hidden truths.
The development team promises to release the true Act I of the game in September 2018. This “true Act I” will feature multiplayer/Coop, an entire new storyline, apocalyptic form, new creatures, new environments, new quests and dialogues, new NPCs, new player characters, new animations and new armors. Moreover, it will come with improved quality of assets and textures, new shaders and visual effects, whole new particle effects with improved quality, huge optimization pass on everything and new gameplay mechanics.
It sounds promising and this new teaser trailer looks really beautiful, so here is hoping that the team will deliver on its promises!
