Yesterday, Activision gave us a glimpse at the multiplayer mode for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. And while the publisher has stated that its multiplayer universe will be officially revealed on August 1st, you can find below a video showing 10 minutes of gameplay footage from its Gunfight mode.

Activision claims that the latest Call of Duty game will feature a new generation of multiplayer. I’m not quite sure what this means but rumour has it that a battle royale mode may be featured in it.
On the other hand, Gunfight – which was shown today – is a 2V2 mode. Unfortunately the video is from a livestream but it will at least give you an idea of the player movement, visuals, animations and gun mechanics.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is currently scheduled for an October 25th release!
