Cinder Interactive Arts has released a new January 2020 update video for TimeSplitters Rewind. TimeSplitters Rewind is a standalone multiplayer game that is being developed by fans of the original Timesplitters series. The game will feature characters, maps, and weapons from all three games completely rebuilt.
According to the developers, TimeSplitters Rewind will now support both single-player campaign and multiplayer modes. While there isn’t any ETA yet, the team aims to release a beta/demo version to the public.
This early version will feature a feasible amount of content of functioning systems and gameplay. It will have 9 complete environments so that gamers can have something to enjoy (in case this project is taken down). After the release of this early version, the team will be updating the game with new content.
As said, there is no ETA on when the full or the early version will come out. Still, the following video should give you a small idea of what you can expect from it.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
