The PC closed beta phase for Marvel’s Avengers begins today, and below you can find the game’s PC graphics settings. Marvel’s Avengers uses Crystal Dynamics’ proprietary game engine, and its PC version supports unlocked framerates and ultra-wide monitors.
As we can see, PC gamers will be able to adjust the quality of Shadows, Ambient Occlusion, Textures and Level of Detail. There are also options for Volumetric Lighting, Tessellation, Screen-space reflections and contact shadows. Furthermore, the game will support AMD’s FidelityFX CAS tech.
It’s also worth noting that the PC version of Marvel’s Avengers comes with an optional high-resolution texture pack. This pack is available in the beta, so make sure to also download it.
Marvel’s Avengers releases on September 4th. On August 21st, the beta program will be open to all PC players and run through August 23rd.
For what it’s worth, we won’t benchmark the open beta build of Marvel’s Avengers. Instead, we may share some 4K screenshots on Max settings, and share our initial PC performance impressions. Our full length PC Performance Analysis article will go live once the final game releases.
Lastly, you can find the game’s official PC system requirements here.
