Metro Exodus will be coming to Mac and Linux in a couple of days. As such, 4A Games revealed its official Mac and Linux requirements. Now we don’t usually share such requirements but since today is a slow news day and this is Metro Exodus we’re talking about, we’ve decided to go ahead and share them.
According to the Linux specs, gamers will at least need an Intel Core i5 4400 with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GTX670 or AMD Radeon R9 380. The team recommends using an Intel Core i7 4770K with a GTX1070 or RX 5500XT. For gaming at 4K/60fps, the game will require an RTX3080 or an AMD Radeon RX 6900XT (that’s without Ray Tracing).
For Mac, gamers will at least need an Intel Core i7 7820 with 16GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon Pro 560. 4A Games recommends using a Radeon RX 5700XT for gaming at 2K/Ultra with 45fps.
