As we’ve already reported, Forza Horizon 5 supports Ray Tracing Reflections in ForzaVista. However, it appears that PC gamers can enable/force these Ray Tracing effects when actually playing the game.
In order to do this, you’ll have to use CheatEngine. Since Forza Horizon 5 is an online game, you should use this mod/workaround at your own risk. We suggest running the game in offline mode while using it, otherwise you might get banned.
DigitalFoundry has showcased this mod in action, so go ahead and watch their video. From what we can see, this RT Mod brings a 7% performance hit. However, the game uses Ray Tracing reflections only to reflect part of the car, and not for its surrounding environments. Thus, I don’t really believe it’s really worth enabling them.
Still, those interested can download the CheatEngine RT Mod from here (Steam) and here (Windows Store).

Enjoy!
