The Game Director of Days Gone, Jeff Ross, has revealed that the game has sold over one million copies on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Days Gone came out on PC on May 18th of 2021, meaning that it took something less than a year in order to hit that one million goal.
At the time I left Sony, Days Gone had been out for a year and a half (and a month), and sold over 8 million copies. It's since gone on to sell more, and then a million+ on Steam. Local studio management always made us feel like it was a big disappointment. #daysgone #PlayStation https://t.co/KMZr2pGe9r

Days Gone is an open-world action-adventure game set two years after a devastating global pandemic. In this game, players assume the role of Deacon St. John; a bounty hunter facing a brutal struggle for survival while searching for a reason to live.
Although the game uses Unreal Engine 4, we haven’t really seen a lot of mods for it. There are some, so we are presenting them below (in case you want to enhance your gaming experience).
This mod makes hordes more challenging, with up to 670 zombies on screen. On the other hand, this mod introduces a first-person mode to the game. And lastly, this mod improves reflections, ambient occlusion, shadows, LODs & more.
Have fun!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
