And it’s now official. Good Old Games has just announced that Square Enix has joined forces with CD Projekt’s distribution service. Not only that, but Deus: Ex Game of the Year Edition and Hitman: Codename 47 are the first titles that are available in GoG for $9.99 and $5.99 respectively. Okay, we didn’t get the hidden hero right in our previous post, but we hinted at Hitman 47 as the next hero that could be the one that Good Old Games was reffering.
Good Old Games will be announcing a few more heroes from SquareEnix, that deserve a special treatment from them, in coming weeks. And… well… the Thief series is meant to be included in Good Old Games as it’s a true classic game. We are also curious to see whether or not other EIDOS’ titles – like Final Fantasy 7 and 8 – will hit Good Old Games.
Those interested can purchase Deus Ex: Game of the Year Edition from here, while Hitman: Codename 47 can be purchased from here.
