NVIDIA has released a brand new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, the NVIDIA GeForce 536.40 WHQL Driver adds official support to the recently released GeForce RTX 4060 GPU.
Moreover, this driver resolves a corruption issue in Street Fighter 6 during the fight start cutscene when using MFAA. It also fixes an issue that could occur with an external HDMI display.
From the looks of it, this driver does not bring any major performance tweaks or improvements to any triple-A game. Thus, if you are not playing SF6, you can simply skip this driver. Or you can install it so that your PC system is up to date.
As always, you can download this new driver fromĀ here. Below you can also find its complete changelog.
