Valve has released the July 12th Update for Team Fortress 2 that adds new content to the game, and shared its full patch notes/changelog.
Going into more details, the July 12th Patch adds 14 new community maps. Moreover, it adds the Summer 2023 Cosmetic Case (which contains 25 new community-contributed items) and 20 new community-created Unusual effects.
It’s also worth noting that this latest patch brings numerous security and stability improvements. Not only that, but it fixes an exploit related to the ConTracker and being able to move/shoot while it’s deployed.

- Featuring 14 new community maps: Sharkbay, Rotunda, Phoenix, Cashworks, Venice, Reckoner, Sulfur, Hardwood, Pelican Peak, Selbyen, VSH Tiny Rock, VSH Distillery, VSH Skirmish, and VSH Nucleus
