Ascendant Studios has released Patch #3 for Immortals of Aveum which resolves the DLSS image quality issues that appeared in its previous update.
For those unaware, the second patch for this magic FPS game completely broke compatibility with DLSS. The game looked really blurry, to the point that it made no sense using it (even if you had an RTX 40 series GPU). Thankfully, the developers took this feedback and fixed those issues in a matter of days.
Going into more details, Update #3 for Immortals of Aveum resolves the DLSS compatibility issue causing blurriness for some users on PC. It also addresses the DLSS ghosting issues that were present when Frame Generation was on.
It’s also worth noting that Ascendant has implemented two performance tweaks. The team has fixed an issue with Dynamic Shader Branching, improving performance on consoles and PC. Additionally, it implemented various memory optimizations on both console and PC.
As always, Steam will download Patch #3 for Immortals of Aveum the next time you launch its client. Below you can also find its complete changelog.
