Earlier this month, we informed you about inZOI; a new life simulation game in Unreal Engine 5 that aims to rival EA’s The Sims series. And a few days ago, YouTuber “acottonsock” posted a video with more than 3 hours of gameplay from it. So, be sure to check it out.
inZOI is a life simulation game where players become gods within the game. This will allow them to change everything as they wish and experience endless new stories in various forms of life. So, basically, it will be a new The Sims game. Or at least that’s what its description implies.
This gameplay video shows off a lot of the game’s features. For instance, we get to see the game’s character creator which appears to be among the best I’ve seen. We also get to see the game’s city which looks incredible. From what I can see, inZOI will be a graphical powerhouse. And I assume that it will also take advantage of Lumen and Nanite.
KRAFTON plans to release inZOI in late 2024. And, given this gameplay video, I think they will be able to hit that date. The game definitely needs more polishing. Nevertheless, it appears to be in a playable state right now. Thus, I won’t be surprised if KRAFTON launches an open beta testing phase for it. After all, this will be the best way to spark further interest.
