Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons – Original vs Remake Early Graphics Comparison

A couple of days ago, 505 Games revealed the remake of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. This remake will be powered by Unreal Engine 5, and below you can find an early graphics comparison video between the original version and the remake.

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons originally came out on Xbox 360, PC and PS3, and it was powered by Unreal Engine 3. And, as we can see, the remake looks like a generation step above it. Everything, from the characters to the hair rendering and the environments, looks better in the remake.

Since Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake will be using Unreal Engine 5, I don’t know whether it will take advantage of Nanite and Lumen. Regardless of that, this appears to be a great remake. The game will also retain all of the gameplay elements of the original. In fact, it will play exactly the same with it. The only difference is that there will be even more secrets for you to discover. Gameplay-wise, though, it will be the same.

Now as we all know, Naughty Dog was heavily criticized for remaking The Last of Us. Like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, The Last Of Us also originally came out on PS3. The key difference here, though, is that the remake looks miles better than the original. Just look at the comparison. This is what remakes should look like; one or two steps beyond their original versions.

505 Games will release Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake on February 28th!
