Epic Games is currently giving away for free the latest Saints Row game on Epic Games Store. For the next 24 hours, PC gamers can visit its EGS page and acquire their free copy.

Saints Row was a huge disappointment for all fans of this franchise. The game has flopped so hard that Volition closed its doors a year after its release.

Saints Row Remake was a game that nobody wanted. Instead of building on what Volition has created with the previous Saints Row games, the team decided to remake the franchise for modern audiences. Not only that but the game released with numerous bugs and performance issues. In fact, Saints Row was one of the worst-optimized PC games of 2022.

To its credit, Volition released three massive updates for Saints Row that addressed a lot of its issues. In total, these three patches packed over 400 bug fixes and improvements. So, compared to its launch version, the game is currently in a better state.
