Modder ‘THE BONE ZONE’ has shared a new mod for Fallout 4 that adds a new dungeon to the game, offering one hour of new content. This mod comes with new enemies, new weapons, new voice-acted hostile and non-hostile NPCs, and more.
Going into more details, the Attack of the Lobotomites Mod adds a new dungeon that offers a new quest with 3 possible endings. Moreover, it offers a new sidequest with a recruitable vendor settler at the end of it.
Players can also expect new custom voice-acted enemies with unique behaviors and ambush mechanics. The mod also packs animated cybernetics on lobotomites, as well as unique and varied outfits for the lobotomites. There are also unique leveled weapons and craftable-only weapons.
As said, the mod has four hard bosses to fight. Each of these bosses wears a unique custom mask. And that’s not all. The mod has 3 full sets of new makeshift modular armor. It also features a new unique trap.
Another cool feature of this mod is that it has a few destructible parts in its environments. For instance, you can destroy some wooden doors. There is also one specific room that you can destroy with a bomb.
All in all, it sounds like a pretty cool mod. Those interested can download it from this link. At the end of the article, you can also find a trailer for it.
Speaking of Fallout 4, we also suggest checking out the following DLC-sized mods for it. Fallout New Vegas Remake in Fallout 4 is an unreleased mod that we’re really looking forward to. Then we have Fallout: Miami. America Rising 2 is another DLC-sized mod that integrated the Enclave faction into the main story with 24 main quests. Caves Of The Commonwealth is another fan expansion that adds 2-5 hours of new gameplay content. Let’s also not forget Fallout London which will come out on April 23rd. You can also download Sim Settlements 2 – Chapter 3, Whispering Hills which is a cool Silent Hill mod, and The Wilderness Mod. You can also download a new horror quest mod that is inspired by Lovecraft, Resident Evil and Dead Space.
Before closing, here are some other mods for Fallout 4. For instance, there is a LOD mod that reduces distant objects/shadows/textures pop-ins. Then we have the Disk Cache Enabler Mod. There’s also a mod that adds ragdoll physics and collisions to dead bodies. Another amazing mod is this one that fixes the game’s long loading times. DirectHit is a mod that overhauls the AI of enemies. And let’s not forget this mod that adds real locational damage to all enemies. You can also download an 8K Texture Pack, or this 41GB 4K Texture Pack which optimizes all 40,962 textures. Finally, there is a mod that adds support for NVIDIA DLSS 2, AMD FSR 2 and Intel XeSS. Oh, and there’s a mod that adds AMD FSR 3.0 Frame Generation to the game.
Have fun!
