Okay, we’ve been kind of used to Ubisoft’s delays so this is not a surprise, right? Well either way, the company has just announced that the upcoming sixth part of the legendary Might & Magic series will be delayed yet again. The game was slated for an April release, then got delayed till September and is now scheduled for an October 13th launch. Nice!
However, this delay was due to gamers’ demands and not because the company wanted to… well, piss off even more their fanbase.
According to Ubisoft’s community developer, Ubi_Irina:
“During the first phase of the Beta you were very active and provided us with very valuable feedback: your suggestions about general balance, factions balance and bug reports were very useful to us.
Thus, we took the decision to delay the release of Might & Magic Heroes VI in order to secure a bit more time for the dev team to take into account your comments and deliver the best quality game.”
In addition, the game’s beta will now reopen on 16th August and all those who pre-ordered the game will have access to it.
