Paradox Interactive has released a massive patch for its strategy game, Crusader Kings II. According to its changelog, this update completely revises its technology system, offers proper cross-platform MP functionality between PC, Mac and Linux, revises buildings to fit the new tech system and adds a Raiding and Loot system. As always, this patch will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client, and you can view its complete changelog below.
In other news, its fourth expansion pack, entitled The Old Gods, is now available. This fourth expansion enables you to play as a Pagan, with particular focus on the dreaded Vikings, and features a delicious blend of war and pillaging with a dash of ruthless brutality thrown in for good measure.
