Cloud Imperium has released the Hangar Module for its upcoming space game, Star Citizen. The Hangar Module is a standalone release that reveals where players will store their ships and collected items. Currently, there are three types of hangars. The size of your hangar is determined by the largest ship in players’ collection, and players will be able to upgrade it while playing the game.
Access to the Hangar requires a package that includes game access and YouTube’s member ’88Crusnik88′ has captured some footage from it.
For running this Hangar Module, PC gamers will at least need Windows 7 or 8 64-bit, a Dual Core CPU Intel: Core2 Duo 2.4Ghz or an AMD: Phenom X2, 8GB of RAM, an NVidia Geforce 460GTX or an AMD Radeon HD5850 and DirectX 11.
PCGamesHardware‘s Thilo Bayer has also sent us a video for Star Citizen’s Hangar Module, running on a Titan card and at a 3.840 x 2.160 resolution.
Star Citizen is planned for a 2015 release.
Enjoy!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
