The Brotherhood announced that a Kickstarter campaign has been launched for Stasis. Stasis is a 2D isometric adventure game set on desolate spacecraft, Groomlake, where the player assumes the character, John Maracheck, to interact and solve puzzles.
From midday today until December 7th, 2013 Stasis will attempt to raise the
US$100,000.00 it needs to ensure its completion in 2014.
This is the first game and first crowd-sourced funding launch by developer, Christopher Bischoff and his new indie studio, The Brotherhood. If successful, Kickstarter funds will also provide for professional voice artists and musical score, more cut scenes and an additional layer of AAA polish.
The Kickstarter rewards feature both digital and physical rewards, that include Polo shirts with an embroidered logo, boxed copies of Stasis, a 3D printed sculpture and even a classic adventure game hint book.
Enjoy!

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
