Indie team Nekki announced today that Vector – a brand new PC-conversion of the popular arcade-style platform game which has already enchanted more than 50 million players on iOS, Android and Facebook – is now available on Steam. Enthusiastic Steam-players all over the globe have voted for a PC conversion in Spring 2013 and the game climbed to the top of Steam’s Greenlight program within a remarkably short time. After three months of development Vector for Steam is finally available for download.
PC players are now able to slide, jump and vault using extraordinary techniques based on the urban ninja sport of Parkour, while being chased by security agents, whose sole purpose is to capture and brainwash them. During the breath-taking escape players master over 100 lifelike stunts to overcome obstacles in more than 50 detailed levels.
For the first time ever, the giant future Megapolis and the character models are presented in Full HD (1920×1080). Fluid animations and precise controls enhance the gaming experience even more.
Vector for Steam will become even more unique thanks to game controller support and two new game modes that will be delivered as free DLC soon after the release:
· Hunter Mode: Tired of being chased? Start fighting on Big Brother’s side and hunt down opponents to shock them with your trusty taser!
· PC exclusive Level Creator: Build your own dystopian stage with Nekki’s user-friendly editor or tweak the game rules changing the game’s XML files!
Steam players can also download a demo-version of the game to test the thrilling escape before purchasing.
Enjoy!
