Techland announced today a new live stream for its upcoming FPP hack’n’slash title Hellraid. For the first time ever, the game will be shown publicly after its transition to Chrome Engine 6 – Techland’s proprietary next-gen engine that also fuels the much anticipated Dying Light. The stream will begin today, on September 16th, at 10:00 AM PDT.
In April, Techland announced that Hellraid would come to next-gen platforms and was now undergoing a transition to Chrome Engine 6, the latest version of Techland’s technology designed to take full advantage of the new hardware generation. In August, the effect of this profound change was presented to invited journalists at gamescom in Cologne, Germany. Now everyone will be able to see how these months of hard work have changed Hellraid.
Hellraid is coming to PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One in 2015. A Steam Early Access for PC is planned for fall 2014.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
