According to a post made by SarahMay – Batman: Arkham City’s Community Manager – on the official forum, Batman: Arkham City will sport a new mode – that was previously leaked via the game’s achievements list – and will unlock when you finish the game on either the Normal or Hard setting.
This new mode is no other than the “New Game Plus Mode” where players will be able to play the game again without losing the gadgets, experience points and unlocked upgrades that they’ve previously earned.
However, no counter icons will appear on enemies, tougher foes will be available from the start of the game, opposition will be configured differently and bosses will be harder to take down.
We should also note that this “New Game Plus” mode will be the same difficulty regardless of whether you finished the game on Normal or Hard.
Batman: Arkham City is currently planned for an October 21st release on PC, X360 and PS3!

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
