A couple of days ago, we shared with you the changelog for Assassin’s Creed: Unity’s patch 1.2. Back then, we thought that this was meant to be a second day-one update, however we were wrong. Today, the French company released this PC patch and it will be auto-downloaded from Steam and UPLAY next time you launch the aforementioned clients.
This update is 332MB in size, and below you can view its complete changelog.

-Added NVIDIA technologies descriptions in advanced graphics page
-Improved performance in cinematic on low HW configurations
-Fixed various Graphic issues

-Fixed various Uplay Invitations issues
