Circle 5 Studios has launched a Steam Editor for Primal Carnage: Extinction, giving users the chance to create their own maps and skins for a more personalized experience.
This editor is available to everyone who owns Primal Carnage: Extinction for PC and in order to access it, PC gamers will simply have to visit the ‘Software’ tab in Steam and download the Extinction Editor.
Players now have the chance to create their own maps, cinematics, skins, and more.
With the Extinction Editor, players are able to create content that can be shared with the community using Steam Workshop. When it comes to creating new skins and cosmetics, players can submit to a workshop curation system where other players can vote on them. If the developer approves them, the creator will be able to make money off the in-game sales.
Have fun everyone!
John is the founder and Editor in Chief at DSOGaming. He is a PC gaming fan and highly supports the modding and indie communities. Before creating DSOGaming, John worked on numerous gaming websites. While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”
