Titanfall 2 has just been released and below you can find some 4K screenshots from it. As always, we’ve included the MSI Afterburner statistics in these screenshots in order to give you an idea of how the game runs on a single GTX980Ti in 4K on Max settings.
What’s interesting here is that Titanfall 2 is perfectly playable in 4K on a single GTX980Ti. There were some drops to 40fps, however the game – for the most part – was running around 45-50fps.
PC gamers who want to experience this game in 4K can lock it at 30fps – via NVIDIA’s control panel – and enjoy it.
Titanfall 2 is using a modified version of the Source Engine, along with a custom audio and texture streaming system created in-house.
Stay tuned for our PC Performance Analysis article that will go live this weekend.
Those interested can download the uncompressed 4K images from here.
Enjoy!
