Overgrowth Alpha 151 Changes

Wolfire Games revealed today the changes that were made to Overgrowth’s latest alpha version. This week David focused on optimizations and bug fixes, which would be hard to demonstrate in a video. Among other things, Overgrowth now features faster active ragdoll animation and players can dodge using controllers this time around.

AMD Catalyst ‘RAGE’ Performance Driver Released

AMD has just released a performance driver for their graphics cards as iD Software’s latest FPS game, RAGE, is out now to some countries. According to the release notes, this driver improves significantly the game’s performance on single GPU configurations. Moreover, the company stated that Xfire support for RAGE will come in the next few days.
