Burnout Crash! was originally meant to be a Wii game

Criterion’s boss, Alex Ward, revealed that Burnout Crash! started as a Wii game in which players could “drew the road” with the Wii remote. The company however was not satisfied with the end result as it turned out to be boring. As a result of that, Criterion decided to scrap the project.
