Asta is an MMO that is powered by CryEngine 3; First Developer Diary Released

NHN Corporation released the first developer diary for their CryEngine 3 powered MMORPG, Asta. Asta was revealed at GamesCom and promises to be accessible for a lot of PC gamers that are not used to MMORPGs. This basically means that the game will feature a targeted system which might disappoint most hardcore fans of this genre. Konami is trying desperately to take down all the PES 2012 Demo Links

As we reported yesterday, the PES 2012 demo was leaked by a Konami insider as their public download link went live suddenly and as it was to be expected, the giant Japanese developer and publisher took it down today. We were among the lucky ones who actually got it, so we can tell you that this demo is the real deal, that is based indeed on the preview build of PES 2012 and that it is okay – albeit a little arcade. Ubisoft to remove From Dust’s online authentication; Patch coming in two weeks

Wait what? Is Ubisoft backing off? Wait wait, didn’t they state that this always-online DRM decreased their game’s piracy and that it was a success? And now they are removing it and apologizing to PC gamers? Wow, nice job Ubisoft. But this attempt to damage control PC gamers’ frustration is not good enough and they will always remember your statements. Or at least, we will since you treat us the way you did. Amy is coming to PC this Fall

World of Planes – Beta Signups Begun

Gaijin Entertainment has just informed us that the beta signups for their flight sim MMO game, World of Planes, have begun and those interested can register at the game’s official site.
