Well get ready everyone because Crytek has just announced that they will release their latest all-in-one game development solution CryENGINE 3 free of charge for non-commercial use today. Aliens: Colonial Marines – Five New Screenshots

I admit it, I’m excited. To be honest, words cannot describe how excited I am about Gearbox’s upcoming aliens game. We’ve been waiting for this bad boy for a long time and although the game is currently playable at GamesCom, we have some new brand screenshots for you. Aliens: Colonial Marines looks sexy, although they seemed a bit photoshopped (notice the absence of aliasing). So, lets hope that the final game will actually look this good with SSAA enabled. Overgrowth – Alpha 144 changes

I’ll be honest here guys. Overgrowth is one of my most highly anticipated indie games and this little gem keeps getting better and better. Wolfire Games released today a new video for it in which David Rosen showcases the changes made to the game’s combat system.
