Okay, before you jump to early conclusions, let us tell you that Metal Gear Solid: Escape From New York is a machinima movie and not an actual game. This movie will be released this October and the team behind it decided to release a teaser trailer. The movie will take place right after the ending of MGS 2, as Solid Snake tries to escape New York itself while being hunted by rogue soldiers. CD Projekt RED released today a hotfix patch for their acclaimed RPG, The Witcher 2. This new patch fixes some minor issues with the game’s 3D support, as well as some glitches and bugs. Most importantly though is that the game’s executable files are no longer treated as a threat by popular antivirus softwares. Bohemia Interactive released today a bunch of new screenshots and as always, they look lovely. Especially that screenshot with the plane clearly showcases that ArmA 3 can push better visuals than those of BF3. And the attention to detail on Nikos Panagopoulos’ character is astounding. ArmA 3 sports spectacular visuals and might be the best visually – and most demanding – PC game. The game is slated for release next year, exclusively on the PC. Wargaming released today a massive patch for their free-to-play war game, World of Tanks. This latest patch will update your game’s version to 6.6 and will add the Siegfriend Line map and a host of new heavy armour, including the Pz.VI Tiger, the VK 4502, the Asuf A and much more, including a couple of premium German tanks, the T-15 and the T-25. Ubisoft and Black Hole Entertainment revealed via a teaser trailer that the GamesCom trailer of the highly anticipated turn-based game, Might & Magic Heroes VI will premiere on August 17th. The teaser trailer – that can be viewed bellow – features CGI footage so we don’t know whether the proper one will sport any gameplay footage or not. Gameforge released four new screenshots for their free-to-play game that will be based on the Star Trek universe. Star Trek – Infinite Space is currently being developed by the award winning studio Keen Games based in Frankfurt, Germany and will actually be a browser based free-to-play game.
