Slightly Mad Studios has released a new build for Project CARS and – naturally – its community has captured some amazing shots from it. It’s really hard to believe that the following shots are actually in-game visuals and not some photoshopped images. What’s even more interesting is that Project CARS is still in pre-alpha stage. Now this is why we love modders. Modder ‘theonebutcher’ has been working for a little while on a corridor space map that looks very similar to the ones found in Doom 3. This map comes with custom assets and the level of detail is simply astonishing. This map could very well be a glimpse of how Doom 3 (or even the upcoming new Doom game) would look like in CryEngine 3. CryEngine 3 is an amazing engine with so much potential and we really hope that more developers will license and put it into good use. Enjoy! Rockstar has released the first PC screenshots of Max Payne 3 and let us tell you that it looks F’ing amazing. Sure, this is a multi-platform title but we are really impressed with the quality of its PC version. Launching on June 1st in Europe, the PC version of Max Payne 3 will feature gloriously increased resolution and graphical detail in both the epic story and the explosive multiplayer modes.
