Modder ‘Whisper N7’ has released a pretty cool mod for Dark Souls. As the title suggests, Dark Souls Remastered Remix aims to improve the game’s sound effects and boss tracks.
As the modder noted, most of the tracks are more modern, therefore don’t expect anything from the 80’s or 90’s. The score is also accompanied by a female voice replacer of 2B from 2b Voice mod at Dark Souls Remastered Nexus – Mods and Community as well as their own version of less noisy armors which have been reduced by a total of 50%.
It’s a really simple mod that some of you may find interesting. After all, we haven’t really shared any music/audio mods for Dark Souls, so that’s a nice change, right? You can download Dark Souls Remastered Remix from here.
Speaking of Dark Souls mods, you may be also interested in the following mods. Daughters of Ash is a must-have mod. This mod features new bosses and enemies, new characters, new storylines, new weapons and items, expanded lore, and plenty of new secrets. There is also a mod that brings the Dark Souls 2 armors to the first game. Let’s also not forget the Nier Automata 2B Mod for Dark Souls. And lastly, Dark Souls Overhaul Project aims to improve most of the game’s textures.
Have fun!
