A couple of days ago, we shared a new HD Texture Pack for Fallout: Tale of Two Wastelands. Now while PC gamers could use this pack to overhaul the textures of Fallout 3, its size was too big (over 60GB). So, today we present you a smaller pack that will enhance all of Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition’s textures.
Created by modder ‘ilamalamer’, this pack features a lot of textures that have been upscaled via AI techniques. Additionally, it packs some manually edited/tweaked textures.
This HD Texture Pack is almost 10GB in size, and you can download it from here. Below you can also find some screenshots that showcase these enhanced textures. Unfortunately, though, we don’t have any Before/After comparison screenshots.
Do note that since this mod overhauls all of the game’s textures, it won’t be compatible with the previous Fallout 3 HD Texture Packs we’ve shared. So no, you can’t use it with this or with that pack.
Have fun!
