Modder ‘Halk Hogan PL’ has released a new preview video for The Witcher 3 NextGen HD Reworked. This video compares the game’s default rock textures with the new ones that will be included in this upcoming HD Texture Pack. So, be sure to watch it!
The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project improves the game with top-notch textures that look great and run smoothly, without needing more VRAM. If you’re already playing on Max settings, you’ll be able to use this mod. The pack will include high-quality, accurate normal maps, many of which are made from detailed 3D models. The project also brings better LODs for objects.
What’s interesting here is that the modder has not released yet a version of this mod for the NextGen version of The Witcher 3. The most recent version of it is HD Reworked Project 12.0 Ultimate which came out in September 2020.
Now to the modder’s credit, we’ve already received similar mods for two other games. These are Starfield and Cyberpunk 2077. So, if you are currently playing them, we suggest giving those packs a go.
Speaking of The Witcher 3 Next-Gen, you may also want to take a look at these other mods for it. For instance, you can download a really cool first-person mod. Furthermore, the Characters Reworked Project improves the quality of over 100 characters. Let’s also not forget this mod that lets you kill most in-game NPCs. Earlier this month, we shared this mod that restores content that was cut from all previous The Witcher games. Then we have the Witcher 3 Next-Gen Combat Redux Mod. Lastly, we have 8K Texture Packs for Ciri, Triss Merigold, Geralt and Yennefer.
Enjoy the video and stay tuned for more!
UPDATE:
