Modder ‘shierkbark47’ has released a new HD Texture Pack for Cyberpunk 2077 that overhauls all of the game’s trees. By default, CP2077 has some really low-quality textures for trees. Thus, by using this new pack, you can greatly improve the game’s visuals.
As the modder noted, every single texture is at least 4X higher resolution than its vanilla/default version. Some are even 8X higher than their original counterparts. Not only that but all normal maps are 2K, while color maps are now in 4K.
You can go ahead and download this new HD Texture Pack from this link. At the end of the article, you can also find some comparison screenshots. The vanilla screenshots are on the left, whereas the modded screenshots are on the right. As you can see, the visual improvement is easily noticeable.
Do note that this pack may not be compatible with Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked or with this other HD Texture Pack we shared last month which aimed to improve the quality of architectural, terrain and environment textures. So, if you are using these packs, you can skip this one. That, or you can disable them and try this to see whether it provides better results.
If you’re into Cyberpunk 2077, there are some other cool mods you should check out. For instance, you can download the Enhanced Photo Mode Unlocker. There’s also a mod that allows cars to fly, a mod that can significantly improve the game’s draw distance, and other mods that can open up new areas to explore. Oh, and don’t forget these mods that allow you to play as Ciri from The Witcher 3.
Additionally, there’s a mod that adds realistic ragdoll physics to finishing moves. Plus, Law Enforcement Overhaul is a mod that enhances the game’s Police System. And there’s even a mod that integrates the OpenAI API which enables ChatGPT support. There is also this mod that fixes the game’s broken Ray Tracing Reflections. And finally, this mod restores 100 NPCs that were cut from the game.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
