Praydog has just released a new version of the RE Engine Framework Mod that adds VR support for Street Fighter 6. This is a truly amazing mod, and you can find below a video that showcases it in action.
What’s funny here is that the game does not officially support VR on any platform right now. And, ironically, this VR Mod looks so good that it could easily pass as an official VR implementation.
As we said yesterday, Street Fighter 6 really impressed us with its graphics. Compared to SF5, SF6 looks like a next-gen game. Keep in mind that we’re comparing it with its predecessor. We’re also talking about its Arcade Mode, and not about its World Tour. I’m saying this because a lot got mad at us for calling this a next-gen game. Some even went on to describe it as a PS3, which is laughable. Apparently, those people haven’t played SF4 which came out on PS3/Xbox360.
Anyway, you can download the latest version of RE Engine Framework Mod from here. For those unaware, the RE Engine Framework Mod adds VR to numerous other RE Engine games. For instance, this project adds VR support for Resident Evil 7, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Resident Evil Village and Monster Hunter Rise.
Have fun!
