Last month, we informed you about a first-person mod for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. And today, we are bringing you another mod that aims to let you play this new Zelda game from a first-person perspective.
Created by MaxLastBreath, this mod features three different FOVs for the first-person viewpoint. The first one is for smaller screens, the second one is for when using typical desktop monitors/TVs, and the third one is for ultrawide monitor owners.
Now what’s interesting here is that the game switches to an over-the-shoulder viewpoint whenever you lock on an enemy in combat mode. This should help you avoid/dodge attacks more easily. So yeah, that’s a cool tweak.
You can download the mod from here. You can also find below a video that showcases it in action. Thus, make sure to watch it before downloading it.
As we’ve already reported, Tears of the Kingdom currently runs great on PC. Okay okay, when I say it runs great I mean on a high-end PC system. Still, the fact that you can get 4K/60fps in this brand new Nintendo Switch triple-A game is phenomenal.
Enjoy!
