Modder ‘sosuinepsixuyu’ has released a new mod for Cyberpunk 2077. As the title implies, this mod significantly improves its draw distance. Thanks to this mod, you’ll reduce the distant pop-ins of objects. As such, we highly recommend downloading it.
Do note though that this mod will not increase the shadow cascades. As such, the mod will not address the shadow pop-ins you get while exploring the city or while driving vehicles. It also does not introduce any improvements to its LOD system. All it does is increase the draw distance of various objects. So yeah, there will be fewer pop-ins, but don’t expect an experience similar to what UE5 does with Nanite.
If you are interested in it, you can go ahead and download it from this link. Below you can also find a comparison screenshot. On the left, we have the vanilla version, and on the right, the modded version. This comparison can give you an idea of the improvements that this mod brings to the table.
If you’re into Cyberpunk 2077, there are some other cool mods you should check out. For instance, you can download the Enhanced Photo Mode Unlocker. There’s also a mod that allows cars to fly, and other mods that can open up new areas to explore. Oh, and don’t forget the Metro System Mod or Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked Project 2.0. Additionally, there’s a mod that adds realistic ragdoll physics to finishing moves. Plus, Law Enforcement Overhaul is a mod that enhances the game’s Police System. And there’s even a mod that integrates the OpenAI API which enables ChatGPT support. Let’s also not forget this mod that restores 100 NPCs that were cut from the game. Finally, you can get an HD Texture Pack that improves the quality of most major/main NPCs.
Have fun!
