Modders ‘doodlez’ ‘L00’ ‘marcurios’ and ‘fadingsignal’ have released a new mod for Fallout New Vegas that aims to overhaul its weather system. As its description reads, True Weathers completely overhauls the weather system in The Capital Wasteland, The Pitt, Anchorage, and Point Lookout, yet stays true to the original mood of the game.
All weathers are completely new and realistic. At the same time, though, they pull elements from the original weather settings to match their motifs.
True Weathers has dynamic cloud shadows to simulate a more advanced weather system. Furthermore, it packs interior rain sounds and new exterior rain sounds. Players can also expect realistic skies and improved textures. And finally, you can configure the night brightness to control how you would like your nights to be.
