Microsoft has announced that Age of Empires IV is under development. Yeap, you read that right. A new Age of Empires game is being developed and the team behind it is no other than Relic; the team responsible for the Dawn of War and Company of Heroes series.
In order to celebrate this announcement, Microsoft released the debut trailer for Age of Empires IV that can be viewed below.
Microsoft has also revealed that Age of Empires: Definitive Edition will be released on October 19th. This Definitive Edition of the classic strategy game will will launch tons of new features, such as an Attack Move, 250-300 population cap?, Rally Points Basic, Rally Points Contextual (Intelligent Villagers), Grid default key layout, Unit queueing and Right-click mouse scroll.
