Remember our story about Mortal Kombat hitting the PC? Well, it’s been almost two years since the game’s debut on consoles and it seems that Warner Bros may finally port this fighting game to the PC platform. Of course, nothing is official as of yet so take everything you are about to read with a grain of salt.
Amazon is currently taking pre-orders for the Game of the Year of Mortal Kombat for the PC. According to its pre-order page, Mortal Kombat will be playable on Windows XP and Windows 7/8/Vista, will be priced at £20.68, and will be releasing on June 14th.
The Amazon page does not have any image for this product as of yet, therefore we don’t know if it’s valid or not.
We’ve contacted NetherRealm Studios and we’ll update this story once we hear back from them.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
