AMD has released a new driver for its graphics. As the red team noted, the AMD Adrenalin Edition 23.12.1 driver offers optimal performance in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. So, make sure to download this driver if you plan to play it.
This new driver also redesigns AMD Software UI. HYPR-RX profiles can now be enabled easily on a global basis, or per-game on the Home Tab. Additionally, this driver adds AMD HYPR-RX Eco. AMD HYPR-RX Eco is designed with power savings in mind. This new feature will only work with the Radeon 7000 Series graphics support and RDNA 3 platforms. However, AMD plans to extend support to older GPUs in future drivers.
It’s also worth noting that this driver expands support for FRTC, Radeon Super Resolution, Overlay, Record and Stream features to OpenGL games. It also adds support for Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling for Radeon RX 7900/7800/7700 series GPUs. Oh, and it also packs additional Vulkan extensions.
As always, this new driver also comes with some game fixes. For instance, it fixes a visual issue in Crysis Remastered. It also resolves some visual glitches and bugs in EA Sports WRC and Final Fantasy X HD Remaster.
You can go ahead and download the AMD Adrenalin Edition 23.12.1 driver from this link. Below you can also find its complete changelog.
