Saturnine Games announced that Antipole has been released on Gamestop’s ImpulseĀ and is priced at $4.99. The PC release of Antipole improves on the earlier Xbox Live Indie Games release by featuring enhanced graphics and additional unlockable challenge levels.
In Antipole players are equipped with the ability to alter the world around them by temporarily reversing the direction of gravity, affecting not only themselves but also nearby enemies and objects. Players can use this ability to run on the ceiling, jump incredible distances, launch themselves around obstacles, or fling enemies into deadly hazards.
Players must also manipulate gravity wisely, as reversing gravity can also create new obstacles to avoid.

While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved – and still does – the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the “The Evolution of PC graphics cards.”
