NVIDIA has revealed that Arkane’s open-world, single-player and co-op FPS, Redfall, will support Ray Tracing and DLSS 3. However, these Ray Tracing effects won’t be available on launch day. Instead, Arkane will add them via a post-launch update.
Redfall promises to blend single- and multiplayer options seamlessly. Additionally, it will allow the player to venture into the darkness alone or to squad-up with up to three friends. Teammates will also be able to try different hero loadouts. Moreover, they can combine their strengths to overcome the vampire legion and their brood of maniacal followers.
According to the game’s description, Redfall is a true Arkane experience, featuring a rich world that will blend the familiar with the extraordinary. Redfall’s open world is handcrafted by the level designers behind Prey’s Talos I space station and Dishonored’s Dunwall.
Bethesda will release Redfall on May 2nd. The game will be also using the Denuvo anti-tamper tech.
