Surprise surprise – the PC version of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag has been leaked online. And as most people would suspect, Ubisoft has included a day-one patch for it. According to the release notes, this patch will update your version to 1.01 and comes with improved multi-GPU support, major performance increase in Multiplayer and the addition of 4k monitors support. Kudos to Guru3D’s member ‘JonasBeckman’ for spotting it.
